@@jphilp it is so good to hear you are doing well I have the same problem with sipping but I am at day 6 now from surgery and it is a lot better ..... 1 thing that makes me really curious is not to drink out of a straw and sucking air give you that your machine an tell u every few hours test ur air strength. ..

I'm only 6 days out and I have the same pressure an pain... does feel better each time it's out.... I'd like 2 know how long also @@yaya77nc

I've never heard of the gels but I do like the Isopure drinks... i like the Apple melon one the best. .. the pineapple one an the grape one is cool too but not diging.. the other flavors. .. they are pricy but the fact i only sip on one all day is pretty good.... idk about a gel idk if it's too much protien at once cuz I've heard ur body can only absorbed so much at once... so does not matter how much ur takin it will expelled what it can't take at the time there for wasting $$

I can't wait 2 not be so tender so I can get started I intend on Doing mad squats also I want some butt ... my only other fear is the skin but you look amazing. .. what you are doing has served you well and I admire or.... u have me so ready!! thank you for responding and sharing

Sounds like you are doing enough according to the list my dr gave me.... have you got any walking in does your stomach still fill hard like you need the air out? ... I didn't see a weight change till my stomach was softer..

Hey @@jezabeth I just wanted to check in and see how you were...... I'm doing way better now since surgery. .. every evening increase my walking I'm still a bit tender around my incisions so bending over is kind of painful and walking too fast also.... I have been drinking one clear Isopure protien drink a day... as long as I don't drink too fast I am good.... yesterday was my first day liking the smell of food ppl was eating around me but that was all ..... I'm still feeling a bit of the air but not so much.... hope you are doing well!! What state did you have surgery in... mine was in Louisiana My HW: 280 SW: 260 CW: 254 surgery date 22DEC14

you look amazing. .. when was your surgery date?... how long did this take? ..... what all did you do was it just the eating less? Or did you have an exercise plan?... you are stunning. ... I'm afraid of losing my boobs... looks like yours stayed nicely great work girl !

Np. @@Msnicnic and I also highly recommend ur first few nights back 2 lay inclined like the hospital beds.... I tried 2 lay in my bed an it was not comfortable at all..... I had 2 get pillows to prop myself up

No problem and the first 2 days back or more I highly recommend sleeping inclined. ... I was not comfortable trying to lay flat in my bed.... I needed 2 get extra pillows and prop myself up.....

@hootney honestly waking up from surgery was the worst part so far. .... but scream pain meds NOW and you will be ok after.... my surgery was the 22nd.... now it's the 26th and I'm feeling alot better. ... just pace yourself aftrr... u did 2 much the first nite back an it was painful 2 sleep... but I'm ok now learning as I go

Surgery was the 22nd today the 26th has been the best so far.... 1st day was rough .... alot of pain an pressure. .. slept an moaned most of that day.... I was finally able 2 sleep on my side last nite with out so much pain.... the days are getting better.... walk as much as you can it's the pressure that is painful. .. from the air they pump in you... I had my actual 1st food cravings today.... but only cause it smelled good.... now I only liked the smell.... the fear drinking 2 fast gives u is enough to not actually want it..... I am loving the Isopure zero carb apple melon protein drink.... it's clear so it counts as clear food an plus it's 40 grams of protien.. good luck an merry Christmas to you @@Msnicnic

@@burdettejj I have cigna... I just had surgery Monday... I had to do the 6 month thing... but @@vsgchick is right you need to call them daily... I did my surgeon payments department was amazed how quick I got a turn around but I called cigna an checked like twice a day 2 verify where they were it only took them 3 days for me and the 1st day was pending information from my dr... the last day 2nd time I called I was told I was approved an they were going 2 mail the surgeon the info if I wanted the surgeon 2 know faster I had 2 have them 2 call and I did.... I was a pain in the ass but I got it..

Na I didn't take any thrush med... I just get a bad taste in my mouth after a while... I keep brushing my teeth
