@@Bell1980 I had surgery same day how are you doing with stalls and all?.... are loosing quickly my HW 280 SW 260 CW 220....... bummer need knee surgery this month

no one ever told me but where should I be with my calorie intake? im getting hungery finnaly? but I dont wanna eat too much? last week I couldnt eat much but oddly now I can eat a lil more? where should I be? I also been the same weight for 2 to 3 weeks.... started 260 s down to 232.8 an holding??? since dec 22 2014 surgery?... I was eating like up too 500 cal but yesterday I got up too 1100??? like every 2 hrs hungery??

I had same problem after continue takin the acid pill 2 reduce acid jn stomach im strait im welll under 500 to 600 cal a day..... 9wks oit my dr said never can have bread rice or dried fruit nothing that can expand in ur stomach wheat tortila is ok

well wanted 2 give you guys an update im doing much better learn when I take my acid pills omapersol or however u spell it..... it works wonders puts mr back 3 not being able 2 eat much at my 3mth dr visit she said she wanted me feom 6oo to 900 cal..... I seriously dont even get that my surgery date 22Dec14 HW 280 SW 260 noe 9wks out im 221.4 so loving my sleeve ;)

it scared me cause I was assuming it was too early 4 this much?.... hoping I didn't ruin my surgery..... I dont wanna eat too much but also same time I didn't gain.... still in a 2 to 3 wk stall.... ive heard if u dont eat enough u won't loose either..... im really tryin 2 seee what I should be aiming for.... as I go along

yea see im not eating bad food... but was just worried about stretching my sleeve because of this random hunger urge I keep track of everything in my fitness pal an yesterday when I got up to 1100 calories I started my day 1cup oatmeal with half a mash bananna in it, lil while later 8oz protein choc shake hour or 2 later one moserella string cheese lunch was 1 cup of lentil soup after lunch while later ate cheese again water 72 oz throughout the day then dinner I was able 2 eat one serving of mash potatoes while my fish was cookin..... then when that settle I had one small talipia filet ate whole thing was susprised.... then 3hrs later b4 bed had 1 80cal dannon greek yogart..... I feel like acid rising makin me crave food I dont eat a whole lot at once im just shocked im instantly so hungry an was really susprised at my sudden random intake..... and wondering where I should be I dont see dr again till next week

I am curious about what everyone is talking about the large incision? All of mine seem to be very small I am only 10 days out please look and explain

12days post opp an 15pds down.... the smell of food kinda drives me all these holidays an being around food or cooking for my kids like i smell it... a part of me only wants what i smell but i know im not hungry.... no i havent taken not even a bite yet only drinking protein..... its just getting used 2 this alll the smells of foods an noticing im truly not having cravings unless i smell it..... the protein keeps me full but the smell makes me mentaly thank man that smells like it would taste good.....atleast the cravings r gone... inbetween the smells.... its just those smells drive me crazy some..... but i know im not hungery

Thank you guys and my doctor told me I can no longer have any type of corn popcorn regular corn anything corn because corn contain sugar even though I can't eat solids the nutritionist at the doctors told me you never again can I have corn or rice or dried fruit nothing that can expand in your stomach so that's I don't know maybe why I freaked out with the gun but so far I seem good a little bit I felt pressure in my chest but I seem to be fine now

Okay I'm 2 weeks out was chewing gum went to lean over and get something and swallowed it by accident I'm kind of freaking out I already feel a little pressure in my chest I'm only supposed to have liquids right now nervous about what my sleeves going to do to it

@@msladyjj44 my dr told me at my 7bday post opp that water has no density in it after surgery u have 2 put something in it 2 keep it down or no air.... so get sugar free sweetners like Mio or crystal lite.... an it helps alot.... today i was tired of the sweet an put cucumber in my water some ppl use lemon.... it helps my surgery was 22DEC14
