u are not alone- i am in the same boat and i need bailing out , i pay for a ymca membership exercise for 6 weeks and stopped and i am on junk food. i need an attitude adjustment fast. i fell like i am failing also but we can do this together i believe victory is ours. we cant do this alone

i am have been so weak and i am still over eating junk food , i need help with that restriction, instead of my band restriction. chips, munchos go down great , m&m , candy, ice cream, pies, poppycock cashews my favorite. i can go on and on , i need to tell on myself this is crazy. i believe i do need support. and new healthier and lower calorie snacks.

may be only 15 pounds yet inches because my clothes feel lose.

I HAD MY FIRST AT 6 WEEKS AFTER SURGERY 1.0 9/24 2.0, 11/5-2.5, 12/6 3.0 I AM DUE TO GO TO THE DR THURSDAY AND I DONT Know WHAT I AM GOING TO DO YET MAY A VERY SMALL FILL AND AN ATTITUDE Adjustment.

I Was Banded On June28,2007, I Have Not Lost Much Wt. Maybe 15 Pounds, I Got Discouraged But I Am Okay. I Finally Got Restriction But My Habits Hve Been Not So Good. I Can Make Good Food Choices Most Of The Time But When I Start On Junk Food That Is All I Eat. 8/14-1.0 9/24-2.0 11/5-2.5 12/6-3.0 i Am Due To Go To The Dr On Thursday during Xmas I Could Not Eat Anything Without Pb And Vomiting know It Is Better , Usually 1-2 Weeks After A Fill Is When I Feel The Difference. I Want To Hit My Sweet Spot Also. I Feel I Am Sabotaging My Progress. i Stop Exercising And I Eat What I Want. I Wonder At Times Why Did I Pay For This And I Still Have To Eat A Certain Way. Too Many Calories , Not Enough Protein. Well I Guess I Will Make It i Know I Have To Change Again. I Was Hoping Once I Hit My Seet Spot I Will Not Be Hungry Or Even Wanting To Eat. Help Young Bandster Out Of Control.

banded june 26, o7 , i am the same weight as before my surgery because i gained then lost the gain part, i am 3cc in my 4cc . i guess will start to fall off like the others. well for me inches maybe . i meet criteria and i am pissed about it , if i new i had to work so damn hard to lose with this band. anyway i am still keeping hope alive. i will get to a normal wt if it kills me. all my trying have not yet. well i will be going on the 24 to get my gullet choked some more, see ya , not a sore loser:closedeyes:

wow i am a slow loser also banded jun 26, 07 , and 3cc in my 4cc band finally some restriction . still i have lost my fire and motivation but we can get it . some of us are slow to began but i believe when we do we will be marvalous

hi , need to hear from 4cc bandsters, i have 3cc in my 4cc band finally better restriction ,i still need alittle more, will take very tiny fills from now on. i have not lost alot wt. alittle discouraged but keeping hope . kim:wink2:

thanks needed to hear that. it has been slow for me i am at 3.0 in my 4cc band now.

i have had a slow process with my band, i finally got better restiction at 3.0 in my 4cc band. I am still able to eat, but pb and getting meat stuck happens not as much as 2 weeks after my fill to 3.0cc . i am due to go back and i believe i still need more fill but going the 0.1cc at a time i believe would be better. have u all ever felt u were right there but not quite. 6mos into this and not much wt. lost yet. i am still keeping hope alive. kim:wink2:

thanks for sharing, i know it exactally what u mean , i have lost more on ww before this surgery. i am at 2.5cc in my 4cc band. the dr. told me 2.0-2.5 is the magic number for most with a 4cc band. my fills were 1cc/1cc/0.5cc. the restiction is a trip. i find myself so uncomfortable sometimes.

all of you seem to be doing wonderful , at least you all have lost weight, brandy your my hero.
