It has been a week and a half since my surgery on the 16th and I feel great by the day. Very bored about the Full Liquid diet but i just need to relax a couple more days to get to the next stage that i know will be much better. Lost 33 pounds since pre op diet.

Surgery done last thursday (10/16) everything went well, some pain (of course) first two days at the hospital and now at home pain has gone, except for cramps that come and go, which I've been told are normal. I won't weight until finished the first week. It's very hard the first days on Full Liquid, although you don't have any hunger psychologically its a stress but manageblable. I hope as days pass by and I progress into the next steps everything will be fine. No regrets at all, already feeling good.

I have mine on this thursday like you, don't worry we're almost day, and we'll be good after it. Remember focus on the end result not the process.

3 days left of my Preop and I'm done. Have surgery this thursday so hopefully everything will be good.

Wow I've lost 18 pounds on the first week of my PREOP, today I've got the last clearance from my primary DR so in 7 days I'll have surgery. I think that at this pace I'll lose at least 10 more pounds for a total of 28, and I've just even started. So hopefully I've lost a lot of weight for Christmas time when I go on vacation. Well I'll keep you posted.

Oh my god I've lost 12 pounds in my first 5 days of my pre-op diet and I've even eat chicken breasts but no carbs or fat. My op is the 16th so I'm 10 days away, I hope I continue to feel relaxed as I'm now up tip the op day.

I just started the 15 day preop shake diet, have my first one this morning and after 2 hours I feel hungry. Any Help?

Preparing to start my pre-op diet this thursday. I try one of the Bariatric Advanatge shakes today to see how it taste and I like it. So I'll buy the vanilla one and add the Capella Flavors to enhance it. Tomorrow I have to go to the Alexian Brothers Hospital to do my prep tests. So the journey is really kicksatarting.

It has been a journey that started at the beginning of this year but, I'm ready. October 16 was the date I was given for my Sleeve. So I'll start my pre-op diet October 2, hope I survived!!!

HI, I'm almost ready for operation at mid october but I'm really scary about the liquid diet. The other day I was going to get a Cholonoscopy done and I almost die on the day before doing the liquid diet. I've never have a surgery in my life but I really need to do this or I'll get into deep trouble since I'm 400 pounds now. Please I need some support and advice. I'll be doing the sleeve with Dr. Peter Rantis here in Chicago.
