Had a 100 mile run goal for December.. I have 3 days left and I'm only at 52 miles for the month, however, I am STOKED and AMAZED that I ran that much. I don't think I ever ran more than a mile in a month in the past!
Ok. I'm not really sure how my status of my achievements warrant a negative response about what you can't do, but sure you can have any excuse you would like..
