I always put some kind of air natural freshener but never a plug in one. Figured they wouldn't let u

Every morning. Before any food or drink. Use restroom. Clothes off. Daily just keeps me on track because if I eat something I shouldn't or eat more than I should, it WILL show on the scale the next morning. Keeps me focused that's for sure!

I wanted to add that I'm more than glad to bow out so that other people who need to go before the end if the year due to insurance can get it done first....i just had no clue what was going on and don't like being in the dark or being mislead. Once again I feel so much better now that I understand why also. ..everything happens for a reason!

also. I completely understand that it is not at all about the food. .but all the commotion of it gave me the idea for the cutest little thing for the people that ARE going to miss their thanksgiving dinner. .get a small..i mean tiny freezer container (I have a bunch of the tiniest cutest containers). ..put one tablespoon of each dish at ur dinner in there...freeze..and enjoy when you can eat solids again! As long as it's not really bad stuff... how neat is that!

OH MY GOODNESS. .I wish I had read that months ago...I was just recently beginning to suspect something like that...as that is exactly what is happening to me. ..it just didn't occur to me because I don't know much about insurance etc. And mine doesn't have to be done before the end of the year so I got pushed out til January..after being approved in September...I'm not bitter I just wish it had been explained to me instead of being dropped in my lap for me to just be confused about four 4 months..the dr office blamed insurance but then insurance tells me dr office picks the date..the blame game..but you explained it very well and it makes so much more sense now. Thanks

Take it from someone who is having to wait over FOUR months AFTER I got approved....you stick with that date and don't you dare look back! Lol So happy for you!

I am a gulper too..it's nothing for me to down a whole bottle of water in one swoop...I was thinking of maybe having a medicine dropper for the first day or so to make sure I don't take any sips that are too large and painful...

in stocked up on those. .I don't think they will fill us up but it will be a great way to work in protein n fluid in the clear liquid stage.

GOLD BOND *ULTIMATE* POWDER...keep clean and dry daily..u can put tissues or something cotton there if it will stay put. .should wick away the moisture...drying very very well after shower probably has the best impact...I've even used the hair dryer. .you learn a lot about taking care of that area after multiple c-sections

I'm just hoping and praying that an opening will come up for me. .As of now it won't be till January or maybe even later. Did any of you all have your surgery date get moved up? Thanks!
