@@Mariew24 I won't have a time until the day before surgery. Which is bad because I have to drive in a very busy, lots of traffic to get there, area. I leave 2 hours before I have to be there and cross my fingers.

Good morning ! Mine is the 22nd.12 more days. I can do anything for 12 days!! I'm in Washington state.

I hate mine more!! 13 days until surgery!!

I hate my CPAP. If we lived closer we could burn them together!

Today is the first day of preop diet. Surgery 10/22 too. Can't imagine forgetting to eat with so little to eat. The water is going to be hard tho.

I like premier protein shakes best and you can get them at Costco. I like chocolate but my husband thinks the vanilla is better.

Yes Janny I would love to buddy up. So happy to find someone on here close to me. Of course you are going first so that certainly should help me. I've never been a good sleeper but my advise to anyone is to not fight it. I read a lot. Or get up and knit. But the more you worry about not sleeping the more you won't sleep. I just saw dr landers for the 1st time last wed. I didn't see him long enough to decide if liked it didn't like him. I'm pretty motivated so if they told me to eat nothing I problem would do so happily!

Are you in Washington state? I have same diet starting tomorrow. Surgery date is Oct 22 at Overlake.

Mine is on Oct 22. Started this process in Feb this year. Can't believe its almost time! Excited!!
