I was at a sheetz today getting some lunch and in walked a family the mom and dad were kinda big folks but the son was hugh and looked to only be around 10 or 11 and i immediatly felt sad. I seen myself in this kid and also my owen boys it it scared me i felt so bad for this kid knowing the struggles he more than likely faces everyday due to his weight.and i found myself thinking about when i was around this kids age the crap i was put through. I said a little pray for him to myself and then i thought oh man im glad ive made the decision for weight loss not only for myself but for the fact i want to get in shape and show my kids a healthier lifestyle change and hope they follow.

Deff the premier chocolate, it taste really good and has a great protein content with low sugar and calories. I got mine at sams club.

So my surgery date was gonna be march 23rd but due to work and the wifes sched. Im now april 13th. Anyone else on april 13th? And mine is being done at wvu hospital in morgantown wv with Dr Tabone

Mine got moved from march 23rd to april 13th so i guess im a april sleever now lol but good luck to you all.

Yea i gained 3 my 2nd visit and then lost 5 by my 4th but gained it back on my 6th visit i have been at the gym 4 to 5 days aweek and gained its crazy how our bodies work.

Ok i have been caffein free for almost 2 months now. But i find myself craving orange juice anyone else have similar issues?
