Awesome and im getting more water in but not so good on my protein the drinks upset my gut ive been drinking tea with protein powder but not alot. I had to give myself an iv with fluids a few days ago was pretty dehydrated. Doc says focus on hydration and not so much about protein.lol wish i could get more protein in im crazy tired but better slowly and keep in touch. Has anyone took regular gatorade and diluted it done to drink post op of 6 days and can not seem to tolerate g2 or any of the water enhancer packs in my water.

Waynejr83 how are you doing? Im struggling to get fluids in and am close to dehydration and no real luck on my protein drinks they turn my gut. -
Thanks all i was worried that i would not dilute enough but so far doing ok.

I was doing ok today until i tried a premeire vanilla and it hit me right away with bloating and nausea and about 3 hours later i had large bout of loose stools -

I was sleeved monday and still have gas pains but not much. Im doing ok with nausea but am to having a hard time getting my protein and liquids in.and yea broth ???? hope you start feeling better and it seems to get better each day. -

Yea just got some water flavors i got 1/2 cup of tea down earlier and was tired so went to bed and got a rush of energy and felt like my stomach was saying hey dummy eat. So here at 10:13pm im slowly eating sf pudding with protein powder. -

Waynejr83 im having a tough time getting water and protein down,seems like my tastebuds hate them i tried sugar free jello and pop sickles and they seemed way to sweet. Any pointers? -

Seemed like everytime i would fall asleep a nurse,aid or whoever would wake me for vitals or blood etc. I did sleep decent last night at home and feel alittle more energized today. -

I am doing pretty good so far was sleeved at 2pm yesterday. Not alot of pain or nausea yet and hoping it stays this way. Just sore. Good luck everyone -

Had several similar responses like you are not fat,you wear your weight well,are you really that heavy and my favorite while at the gym...well if you do more of this (exercise) you can lose and dont need surgery. If that was the case id be like 190lb by now because i spend 4-5 days aweek at gym. Hang in there and stay focused. And good luck. -
