Well I think a lot of is have PCOS. I think this is why we have been a little slower to lose. I did hit a lot of stalls along the way and it was very frustrating. I did go to the nutritionist and talk to them they really never said PCOS makes tou stall more but I think it does. Are you eating or dring much dairy? That seems to stall me. We can exchange numbers if you like. I am not sure how to do that privately. I'd love to talk to someone in the area going through the same journey. Well I think a lot of is have PCOS. I had my surgery October 7th 2014. My starting weight was 234 pounds I did not have a pre op diet. I now weigh 171 pounds. I have been a bit of a slow loser but I'm okay with that. I am still hoping to lose 15 more pounds and then have plastic surgery for a tummy tuck and a breast lift. Do you go to weight loss support group meetings and how do you like those. The couple I have gone to have not been great but they are okay. -

Heads look bigger, lol. I have relaxed hair and had some shedding between months 3-6 but not a lot. Just take your vitamins and make sure your iron isnt low. If you are anemic, you will definitely lose a lot of hair. Best if luck to you all. -

I have noticed if I eat a high amount of carbs at one time say for instance a donut smile. I tend to have something like a drop in my blood sugar where I feel very dizzy and sweaty for a few moment I'm not sure why that is happening I guess maybe I shouldn't eat donuts. Has anyone else had this issue if so let me know thanks. -

@@Meonthelist I have had a lot of energy. I had labs at 4 month and they came back very good. My vitamin D level and my vitamin b12 were very high. I will have labs again at the end of June to see how things are doing I was a little bit of me Nick but not very much so and I am taking iron tablets now. I am starting a new workout regime at the gym so hopefully that will help it starts on Monday good luck and keep me posted. -
