MyssJones Yes the stalls suck. I have gone three weeks and lost nothing then lose 4 pounds. I wish it were more consistent. How have you been otherwise? Does your stomach tolerate foods well? Any constipation issues?lol, that's my biggest problem. -

We just have to keep working at it. This particular surgery is said to help you lose about 60% of your excess weight not all of it The rest will be hard work and determination. Please look at nurseray, vsg on youtube. I love her videos. Let me know what you think. She's a fellow vsg patient. I think she's Asian and she lost all of her weight. -

I have heard that from my surgeon. The first 6 months are the fastest losing months especially if you start closer to 200 lbs. -

@@Queen I really appreciate the information. I am glad you mentioned the stalls. Although its only been 14 weeks for me, I had had at least 3 stalls. They are discouraging but I hang in there. The hardest part for me is watching others lose so much faster than me . I will keep trucking along and look to to finish. Did you ever experience any hair loss in your journey? -

I haven't used anything special for the scars, just raw shea butter. I seem to be healing well. -

@@steph, I believe mine is real hunger, especially after the gym :-).I've never been much of a soda drinker but I live milky coffee drinks so I may be getting more carbs than I should The doctor gave me a stool softener and it helps but im tired of all the pills and vitamin s. We will work it out :-) -
