I also had Lap-Band on September 3rd. Recovery has went well and I am very excited to have others to talk about our challenges and victories along the way. I am anxiously waiting for tomorrow morning, when I can have a glass of milk and some yogurt I did my 10-day CLD prior to surgery and continued it on for one week after. I am extremely happy with my results so far! I can't wait to take this journey with you all!!
