    Thanks for the advice everyone!! I've been drinking decaffeinated coffee for about two weeks now with no problem I don't drink too much of it. Maybe twice a weeks if that. I have it with splenda and a light cream that only has 1g of sugar

    So I'm four weeks post op and the first three weeks I lost 30lbs! And this past week I have not lost one single pound I'm starting to get really discouraged. Is this normal?
