There is not one thing I would miss...not one single thing.

I enjoyed the cappuccino one as my morning coffee and have really enjoyed most of them. One I was missed was fuzzy navel, wanted to try that one!

I got nectar on bariatricpantry 15 samples for under $20! Not bad and each one I try I love. I'm just happy to hear it's allowed in the clear liquid phase.

I just read on another post that syntrax nectar IS approved for clear liquid phase. Thank god!

Syntrax is the only one I really love so I'm hoping it's okay to use. Good luck on your surgery!

Isopure is gross, any one use syntax nectar for clear liquid phase? Is it allowed? Also there is unflavored nectar and unflavored isopure, which do you prefer?

Do you use anything before surgery to prepare or anything after? If so, what? Thanks!

Pumpkin chia pudding Soak chia seeds in almond milk overnight or as long as possible for I stand gratification. Mix with pumpkin purée and pumpkin pie spice (cinnamon,nutmeg) maple syrup and enjoy! It doesn't pound like much but i promise, the longer you soak the seeds the better and it's addicting!!!

I have a date for oct 10th!!! Yayyy!!! I've been taking vitamins like a multi, d3, biotin, b12 and fish oil for about 6 months now. I want to supplement as efficient as possible to minimize deficiencies poet op. Anything I'm missing? What did you take before surgery? And did it help minimize hair loss/dry skin/etc?
