Hi,
I found your website through a friend of mine, whose stepfather had the Gastric Sleeve and was extremely successful in the process. I am four and a half weeks post op and trying to transition off protein shakes and get enough protein from real food while on a soft foods diet. Any recommendations people can provide me would be very helpful!
