I am new here and will be getting my lapband on November 15, 2007. I am overly happy about getting a new lease on life. I have struggled with my weight all of my life and I feel as though my weight has made me put my life on hold. I have tried so many diets only to fail. My biggest reason for losing the weight is to be healthy and to get pregnant. I have struggled with infertility for the past 9 years and I feel like I am losing time. My doctor says that my weight is the biggest problem for my infertility. I am looking forward to a brand new start on life. Sunshiny

I am getting banded November 15, 2007 and I am scared too. I haven't started my diet yet. I am kinda having a farewell to my favorite junk food party. I'll get started this week for sure with my diet. I'm scared but excited about a new beginning on life.
