    I am 1 month post-op on the 12th and have lost 25 lbs.. I didn't follow the rules of all liquid and payed for it dearly... Heart burn and throwing up!! I'm happy with a 25 lb loss for 1st month... Don't be discouraged just stay on track and it will come off.
