Hi all. I've just been in a 2 week holiday in Florida. I had the most amazing time but seem to be battling to get back on track. I thought when I'm back at work my routine will flow and I'll be back to basics. I return to work hopefully next week as I go in for a procedure tomorrow. Any tips to help me through? Cheers
