Understand exactly - Been overweight most of my life and obese for over half. I like you love to cook. Being from down south I cooked some lovely buttery deep fried cuisine. Now my cooking passion is looking low fat flavor packed small portions without wasting tons of food. I am post sleeve (July 19) and feeling so much better.

That is really cool. I am looking forward to cooking really clean, fresh and high end. Hey If i can only eat a little then that little is going to be awesome.
