Hi everyone I spoke to kim today she said we should have our letters on Friday. They hope to be able to give us apps after Easter. How long after Easter I dont know,but at least its a start. Im sure the letters will be full of information.

hi girls been reading all week and trying to decide what my next step will be. Im sure many more of you are doing the same.Its been a very quiet week on the forum. I still believe going as a large group is our best way forward, I know many of you didnt turn up for the meeting in Dublin including my self, but we have to make a stand I feel. Im going to seek legal advise this week, its not the road I want to go down, but I feel I have no choice. Im afraid Dr Jans patiens will have to wait and see what ACS are going to do for us. still nothing going on there. same old story, bear with us. Im glad your weight is starting to shift Paulina, I think I will have to start something my self and try and get things going. I suppose your friend wouldnt like to move in with me for a few weeks or months. To the four girls that met in Dublin last Saturday, well done its a pity more didnt make it, thers just no way I can do weekends. If I had to bring my lot on a bus to Dublin I would be a basket case.

Hi paulina first let me say how sorry Iam to hear about your sister.between that bad news,and the problems with the band its no wonder your feeling down.The band will work I know I havnt much luck with mine either but I know it will work, its just taking us a litle longer than usual. Ithink thats sounds like acs are trying to come up with a plan,well done princess for that information.Dublin would be a much better option than Belfast for me anyway.At least we are not on our own its great to be able to let off steam here. We must keep a cool head. like princess said there is no point in going in with guns blazing. Keep posting and rreading

im with wella on this one it would be good to know where we stand, from a legal point of view. and we all stand tog, but i still think we should give acs 2 weeks or so to sort this mess. what do any of you think?

hi guys i think we should hold our horses on the papers for now. give ACS time to get a surgeon in place.and if after say 2 weeks nothing is going on move to plan B at the end of the day all we want is our fills and some after care,. not to much to ask for. Im as mad as anyone else but if we can sort this out before it gets any worse it will be better for all of us. The papers will have a field day with it.I for one dont want to read any more bad press about ACS.

princess this a night mare. i was so afraid of this hapening. we have a contract with them so they have to stand by it. COCO HELP you may be able to give us some advice as what our next step will be,is there anyone out there with a legal mind who might know where we stand. the best chanch we have is to stand tog... im boiling mad at the moment. keep posting everyone and keep us informmed

hi Lori and all out there I had my app cancelled for the 26 as well,Iwas meeting up with my friend that had it done on the same day as me. When I called her up to say it was a pity it was cancelled she said no one called her, so she hung up and called to confirm her app with acs with MR Jan and they said thats fine. She called me back and I was livid, so I picked up the phone and called to confirm my app, she said I wasnt on the list. so I asked was Mr Jan in that day she said yes and didnt know why my app was cancelled. She put me on to Lynn who told me he wasnt in and didnt know anyhing more untill next week.so try and figure that one out.

Hi Paulina Iknow what you mean about the sore stomach. like I said I was there on friday and lu had a terrible time getting the spot in my port. when were you banded? about the scales this was my first time to have lost weight in weeks, but it didnt show up acs scales. I was very disapointed I had worked my ass of to loose those 5 lbs.I have 3ml in my band now and still no resstrictionsa yet. well just hang in there it will come soon.luv roe

Hi everyone just got back from ACS what a day. Im like a pin cushion it took Lou four sticks to get my port. She was very nice about it. God was it sore afterwards. Jan is back 2morrow Lou said hes not leaving. He will be doing fills next week, so thats good news. I got a 1 ml fill 2day but Idont feel any change God knows where the fill went.with all the messing that went on, and pocking for the soft spot in the port it makes me wonder.I know it can take a couple of days to kick in.I think Ill go jan next time,Nice one Gerri ON THE GREAT WEIGHT LOSS Alesha your doing great as well must be lovely to have reached your sweet spot.Im so looking forward to reaching mine some day soon, keep up the good work .
