    My starting BMI was 34. I was sleeved on 9/9, I lost 16 lbs in the first 3 weeks, then the scaled stopped moving for 3 weeks. At exactly 6 weeks it started moving again. Total loss now since surgery is 20lbs. I'm excited to see my progress.

    I'm am 6 weeks post op I lost 16 lbs in the 1st 3 weeks and have been in a stall since week 3. It is so hard to not get discouraged.

    I am also a RN, sleeved 9/9/14-I have lost 16lbs and I am now in a stall. I'm trying to not get frustrated because I have read on these forums that this stall is normal. I'm glad to have found this group. Any suggestions on what to do to get past this stall?
