  5. Thanks Ken,right now just trying to find out a good way and time to go.Definitely want to use my bank, and hopefuly early spring I can get ur done!

  6. Has anyone tried Miguel Zapata in Monterrey, Mexico? I hear he is very good as well. The hospital is very nice accredited, coe ,etc. It seems I keep having these set backs.I would love to go in Oct.but I just had an old credit card issue come up,and trying to finance it.Just found out too I have to have a partial hysterectomy next month, even though they cleared me for the sleeve surgery,it looks like I may be waiting until next year.I'm supposed to talk to my boss about it so we see what she says and go from there.Anyway its been such a long journey and I'm just done and ready to get this done and keep getting hijacked.I dont know.Anyone elae have this much trouble?

    Appeal Letter

Hello everyone, I am in the process of an appeal and was wondering if anyone had any good thoughts or comments that I can put in my letter? I will actually be writing to the president of the union and his assistant,so it has to be very informative and have some good information in it.Thanks

I am very discouraged after wls. LapBand to Sleeve

Please dont give up. I know it can be such a struggle for you, because you have been through alot. It may be that your body is just going through alot right now and you may very well have alot of inflammation in your body. Sometimes taking alot of pain meds(although will help with pain) can make it worse.Just make sure you stay on top of your vitamins, and still watch what you eat to help keep your inflammation down.Take care and hang in there, and be patient you will get there, you'll see! :~)

Thanks for posting, thats what I'm afraid of if I want the ds I rather do it now than have to go through all of this again since they already dont want to pay for surgery. I think I should go ahead and go for the ds. I think I will have more answers once I talk to my surgeon next week. Thanks again

I'm new to the board and I am having my first phone consult w/the surgeon next week, and I'm pretty nervous, because my open enrollment is Nov.2nd and my ins. excludes the surgery and I havent even sent in the paperwork for the appeal process yet. They told me not to send anything yet until I do my phone consult to make sure I get all of my letters in from my docs and get all the right info in so the ins. co wont have an excuse to find to refuse me. I just hope it wont be too late and do all this for nothing. I do want the ds but I keep going to the sleeve, but I'm afraid if I get the sleeve I wont lose all my weight, cosidering I have 170lbs to loose. But my surgeon seems pretty knowledgable so I'm trying to be patient. Im trying to get my draft written up so when I read it to him it will be alright. Anyway is that the way its supposed to happen or am I just getting ahead of myself or what? Any suggestions or comments is welcome. Thank you:confused1:
