I'm happy with my sleeve .i reached wonderland this morning... however i wanted to know when does the weight stop coming off ? has any one surpassed their goal and couldn't stop losing?

understanding my sleeve is not as easy as i thought it would be. .... tips please! i dont see my doctor till tomorrow, but today im so confused. ... i feel like i cant get everything in ...and the days i do i fear im doing tomuch . i think i may need to get a schedule routine. ... i feel like im always forgetting my b12 or my nexium or to drink water or idonno something. what have you guys done ?

day seven was hell ...day 9 no crazy urges!!!! and I'm so happy my pizza lovers are able to indulge chew and swallow! !! its just crazy how I'm super full with 4-5 bites!!!! and down 15 lbs in one week!!! i heart my sleeve

i noticed, i just dont think its okay for people to judge. there are so many people who hide t here surgery because of negative responses. .. feeling like they have to justify what the want to do with there own body. ive had co workers try to Discourage me... mother,sister. .. hell even 4 nurses at the hospital came out and said i shouldn't have done it.... unfortunately they arent the ones who knees hurt feet are swollen. or have to look for plus sizes . so when you like someone comment "why have the surgery if your not going to follow the rules?" it speaks volumes.

how am i shaming anyone for taking up for my slef.... perhaps once you have your procedure you will understand the mental. aspect of wanting to do something physically familiar . if you notice i did nothing. but say thank you to the people who said i may have an issue and gave their medical diagnosis. ... i welcome your opinions. ... just not anyone questioning my decision! im sure there are people in your personal life who askes you "why have the surgery ?" ..... do you buy them a cup of coffee and let them tell u what to do... as i said before to everyone who said i may have a eating disorder thanks!

I got my sleeve because i over indulge. im 5"7 and 235lbs im 27and i dont want to wake up and be 300lbs . i had my surgery because i needed a tool to help me control my calorie intake. i had my sleeve done because i wanted it. it was covered by my insurance and i didnt have to jump through hoops to get it done . if i was capable of following rules i wouldnt have failed the previous diets exercise programs ive been on since grade school. I dont care how u feel about me wanting to chew one slice of supreme pizza from pizza hut. my only question was ... is this weird? I believe the rules are different for every person because Moderation is the key!

the best sugar free popsicles are the no name ones? (Kroger&heb .... way better than blue bell ) i feel really good at day 7 but my mom wont let me leave her house? (thinking of calling police) that i cant wait to go back to work?(66% of pay ?? its the holidays! ) that my alive chewable Vitamins taste like sand? (_gummies) that i feel like ive been sleep this entire time? (pain meds) that i bought a ton of Soup Jello sugar free juice Protein drinks ....and i cant even finish one serving ? (seriously who puts a container of jello back in the fridge) that i dont even have a scale but i feel slimmer! !!! (Dont want to focus on the numbers) what did you not know about your journey?

Okay so i feel really bad.... i bit a slice of pizza ....chewed it up .....then spit it out.....i did that to the whole slice. just having it in my mouth made me sooooo happy then when i spit it out i had a good feeling as well like..... ew im glad i didn't swallow that #isthisweird
