Hey guys the reason for my post is to get some ideas on what protein shakes you guys are using. I am drinking premier and have had muscle milk ones. But I'm getting tired of them I'm open to home made ones if you guys have any. Also any new ones that we can have that's low on sugar and good on protein. Please help and thanks

Hey guys just back for a quick update for those who don't know my story. I started my journey on January 2014 I was weighing in at 410 pounds. I had to lose at least 50 pounds for surgery. My surgery was December 2014 I weighed 347 that night, now today I am 250 that's a total of 160 pounds. I went from not wearing jeans to fitting a size 16 which is still big but man what a difference. Personally I always give myself little goals because with such great changes I like to keep it simple at least that part. My next weight goal is 240 I've worked so hard and I feel so blessed and this was the best decision I ever made for myself I mean ever. I'm finding myself and learning how to love myself again. It feels good to go shopping again. It feels great to fit into things and even more it feels good to love myself again. For anyone out there this won't be a easy thing to do but definitely worth it I promise. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Hello to all for those who dont know my story i had gastric bypass on Dec.31st 2014. My highest weight was 410 pounds which is so scary and horrible. The night of surgery i was down to 347 and 7 months later im down to 269 which is a total of 141 pounds ive lost in all. Of course theres way more to come this sugery was the best thing i couldve ever done for myself but anyways, back to the purpose of this post before weight loss i was a size 28 in jeans and i havent wore jeans in years. I just started agin when i had a pair of size 22 that never ever fit but one night i decided to try them on and BAM they fit. Of course i was happy and finally starting to see the weight loss with in myself. Yesterday i went shopping and decided to try on size 18 jeans and they fit me omg i felt like crying its still a big but the fact that they fit made my whole day. Im new to all of this and at times i dont feel like im losing weight so when things like this happen my world becomes a little brighter every time. I go see my surgeon on the 16th of this month cant wait to be weighed again and show him how im doing....

I haven't posted anything in a while so decided to do an update on my situation. I had gastric bypass on Dec.31st 2014 yes I'm a newbie still it's only been 6 months almost 7 and it hasn't been an easy road but so worth it I promise. My starting weight was 410 and night of surgery I was 347 today I am 269. It's a whole new world for me and so many doors have open. I feel more happier and I'm wearing jeans again which I haven't in years. There's still a long way to go but I'm so glad I decided to get control of my life back.

I had the gastric bypass on Dec 31st 2014 and I'm now about almost 2 months out and I feel great. When I started my journey into a healthier lifestyle I weighed 410 lbs now I'm 316 lbs and still losing. Eating hasn't been bad at all of course like any normal human being I had my doubts and bad days but as time goes by it gets easier and I know I did the right thing for myself. Just sharing hoping to give some positive vibes to everyone out there going through this experience.

Hello everyone I got my surgery done on Dec.31,2014. It's only been almost 4 weeks but I feel good. I was in the hospital for only 1 day and only had pain for 2 days. Also everything I drink or eat now always goes down smoothly and pain free. Thank god nothing has made me sick an I can tolerate everything. When I started this journey to lose weight I was 410 pounds which was pretty scary... The day of surgery I was 347 and now I'm 328 also just because I've had good luck so far. Doesn't mean it's not hard and scary but I know it's for the best. I love this site and how supportive most ppl are. I hope my story can help someone out there and remember I'm new and still have lots of questions but I'm willing to share what I know so far. God bless you all!!!!!!
