Went to the dr today and had my metabolism test done. Found out my body still burns 2200 cal a day. Even after going from 320 pounds to 159 pounds. 11 months out and completely satisfied with my choice to take this journey. -

Able to roller skate now! No more sitting down at kids birthday party's for this dad! -
I would not advise it! It can and will cause weight loss stalls. It will give you that why am I not losing weight feeling. I am 10 months out went from 320lbs to 157lbs and I have stayed away from bread pasta and rice. It is well worth it to stay away from those evil things.

My surgery weight was 320lbs I had to deal with major complications/ 4mm stricture and ended up with a feeding tube in my old stomach for 3 months. I am fighting to keep my weight at 160lbs now. My surgery date was 2/26/14 a bit over 7months out now. Has anyone out there had to deal with a situation like this? -
