Pre Op and 6months later!

I run 3 to 5 miles a day now and I work with a personal trainer 3 days a week! Kicking this weight loss journey in the butt!! And thanksgiving the compliment! (blush blush)

Looking good and feeling great. 6 months post op. Went from 302 pounds to 169pounds. Here are some before and after photos and a photo of my muscle rebuilding.

That is pretty standard 10%, I had to do it as well. I also had to attend 3 support groups, a pshyc test, and nutrition classes but it was all well worth it in the end.

That's what we are here for!! Any type of questions you have. I can give my advice straight from experience. That bravery will rub off!! Just being on here and researching on the forums is An AWSOME step!! I did so much research before I decided to do it and I thought it through and through....then my father would was overweight and unhealthy had a fatal heart attack at the young age of 58 and that was a major eye opener for me!!

I am a 33yr old man and I had a wow moment last night found a pair of my (fat pants lol) size 46' and held them up in front of my now size 30' waist and I could literally fit another me inside!!

Yes lol, I think I have started something here. I love to see the success stories and before and after photos. I want to keep people motivated to reach their health goals! Surgery was the best choice that I have ever made. This was a life changer! And a life saver for me!! I am here to help anyone in there journey of weight loss! Debby, Any complication thus far? I am 6 months post op. Went from 302 to 169 pounds. But had some major complications!
