I just started the purée foods today. It went well felt full off 1 1/2 tbsp of tuna and one cracker. Didn't feel so hungry for the baby food . Remember you don't have to finish it all and take your time in eating . I guess I just wanted something to chew to make it feel like I was eating. Good luck. ????

Ok 3rd day post op. I'm having trouble getting all that liquid in . I'm having gas pain that is just horrible. I'm walking as dr ordered. My stomach keeps gargling and as soon as I sip on water I have to burp. I have no incision pains haven't had to take any pain meds. As soon as I get a gas pain I start walking around the house that works. I do feel some pressure on the rip gastric area but I herd that is normal. I have a Jackson prat which collects fluid or blood from the inside . I'm taking out about 15ml 3x a day. Feeling good. Can't wait to get to the gym!

Question today is my second day post op . I told water good but I still feel like right down my esophagus pressure then I have to burp and pressure is that normal? I'm also having gas pain but I'm walking and walking.

Just got sleeved 7:30am. Not that much pain have been walking a lot. Have some gas pain but tolerable . Day 1 post down!

Same here ! Tomorrow the big day . But I am nervous , ????. My surgery is at 7:30am I guess I'm the first one of the day for my surgeon. Just hoping all goes we'll. hope all goes we'll with you . ????

@@alexsisv ok, my dr had me do liquid two weeks and clear liquid 2 days. Yes I was every grouchy for the first 5 days , very hungry , head ache and like the commercial (snickers ) I wasn't myself when I'm hungry. But I got accustom to it . But I still feel some hunger . I've lost 10lbs alone on this two week . Don't know if it's just water weight I lost because my clothes don't feel it. But sure can't wait for my clothes to start feeling it !!! ????

I know what u mean ! I have at start my clear liquid today and my potassium pills too. So are you too?

Will plastic surgery be needed to remove excessive skin?

I started my journey jan 2014 and will be having surgery sep 15. I went and told all my family and close friends . I think I would feel better them knowing and not asking if I'm sick or how I lost (projected weight loss ) or loosing weight without them thinking I have a serious ill ness .

I'm 38 and plan to do the gym 5 times a week maybe that will help. Specially the arms.

I look forward to looking in the mirror and not being discussed with what I see, being in family pictures, going out in public and not feeling like everyone is looking at the fat woman. I'm looking forward on feeling like a strong confident woman that everyone thinks I am , but deep inside is a mess.
