I had my surgery on 28th as well. So far so good. I'm excited!

I've had no problem finding it at Wal-Mart, but in Tulsa.

I'm on the exact same diet regimen. However, I'm only on day 1. My surgery date is Oct 28th. Hang in there with the headache! I hear it goes away around day 3 or 4. Good luck!

I can't believe I'm actually doing this! I'm nervous, scared... scared of failing. I've never succeeded at weight loss anything. I hope this works. I'm desperate. Hoping to find friends and support here.

What is the best brand(s) of protein drinks that are ready to drink in a container? I don't want to buy tubs of powder. The RTDs taste better to me. Thanks!

7 carbs and 300 calories. 17oz. Just had one and it took new forever to get it down. Good flavor but lots of liquid.

I picked up some EAS today from Sams's that's 42g of protein. I must have gotten something special? It's a purple bottle.

I haven't had surgery yet but I hear that the liquid diet is the worst part.

I'm ridiculously addicted to soda. I hope the craving goes completely away after surgery. I know it will be worth the wait for sure.

Congrats!! I'm waiting on my surgery date but told it will be end of Oct or beginning of Nov. Yay for both of us!

I'm getting my surgery date soon and I've had numerous surgeries (tubes in ears, plastic surgery on face due to birth defect) but for some reason I'm really nervous about this one. What can I expect the morning of surgery? How long will I be in hospital? What all happens in hospital? How long should I plan to be off work? Dr says everybody is different but I'm just looking to hear everyone's store so that I have an idea. Thank you in advance!!
