    Have you had your second fill?

    From what I have notice is morning to afternoon I can only eat soft stuff like salad and at night my restriction is little looser but I still cant eat stuff like Wraps or bread that I used to eat at first fill. Average day I eat about 1k-1.2k but burn like 2.8k-3.3k... but some reason I seem to eat little more on weekends (dinner time).. I guess as reward or something wrong with my head lol So average day... Morning breakfest - Protein drink or a yummy 60cal coco/van Jello ;p Spend 1 - 1 1/2hour gym (7:30-9am) then off to work (9am) lunch - Seafood soup... salad back to work (till 6pm) dinner - salad w/ nonfat dressing or lean cuisene meal M/W/F - second job (6pm-10pm) snack - jello again sleep (12am) repeat ;p Days without second job I'm usually eatting like 2 jello or something low cal... some days I do cheat and eat little more but it usually dont add alota cal but I have hit upward of 1.7k cal but that usually mean I have to do a good workout 2morrow. I'm no expert or anything and I have tried many different ways to get my body kick started in loosing weight but I think you do gotta try different things before your body get used to it and go into a pattern and plateau anyways good luck any questions just ask...

    Have you had your second fill?

    ITs been couple weeks since my second fill and i'm still puking... it mostly anything with bread. I used to eat Wraps for dinner but guess that out of the plan now cause I have puked it up atleast 4times in row and now its on my nono list like most other hard products. I can still eat alot but it mostly like soup and salad stuff cause they seem to go down easier... owell guess it will help in long run :shades_smile: I weighed-in at 245 at second fill and hoping that I hit 235 this week or before end of March.... didnt hit my 20pound goal lol but i knew it mostly likely wouldnt happen but atleast I tired

    Anybody use sauna?

    I'm just wondering if anyone use sauna as part of weight lost? I have read you can burn around 300-500 cal for 30min session. Supposelly theres a 1k burn sauna but i think it false advertisement.

    Couch to 5K Anyone want to start with me ?

    ok... did 3miles today in 42min but the 5min warm up walking is killing my time... lol I was really amazed going at 5.1 (on tredmill speed) for 12mins... I feel really good today and starting to see a difference on my weight and looks. I'm at 236.2 but i dont want to place on signature till i stay at the weight for 2 more days or lower ;p very happy that i'm also getting full on little amount of reg food... but dont know why but i can chowdown a whole bowl of salad and not other food... lol

    NSV's for the Merry Losers

    so.... today was a very nice NSV for me :angry_smile: After 3 weeks of going to gym everyday but weekends... I hit the 3 Mile mark at 42 1/2 min.... I'm one of those lazy bums that dont like to run or speed walk or even jog to place.... i'm more like... they can wait for me :cursing: So... I'm hoping in a week or so..that I will hit 3k mark at 35min :cursing:

    Couch to 5K Anyone want to start with me ?

    So... I guess I joined club :cursing: Kinda tired right now.... I did 3miles in 42 1/2min :wub: I kept running till 46min... maybe I couldve gone more :wub: I been going to the gym everyday for 3weeks so far (except on weekends... pool time and sauna :wub:) I started out real slow and only doing mile then 2 mile at walking pace... (3.2-3.3 on machine) but soon after a week it moved up to 3.4-3.5 and then I slowly added jogging into the mix here and there.... and after 3 weeks I mostly speed walked and jogged 3miles :cursing: OMG I FEEL SOO GOOD :w00t: I also tired that elipical (sp) machine and it feels all wierd and could only do 5min... owell spent rest time lifting some weight.... was a good workout today So... I'm going to try to keep up with the Cardio and hopefully soon I'll be jogging the whole 3miles and maybe soon running it :angry_smile:

    so... I put a new hole into my belt to make my pants tighter but.... it still loose so i made a second hole. So... it looks like even though i been hovering over the same weight for awhile, other parts of me have been getting smaller.... it looks like soon i gotta get some size 38 ;p but i cant wait for 34-36 cause that was back in 94

    Afraid to get first fill

    I like how the doctor stick this bigggg neddle into you and then tell you to make crunch... it funny and scary watching the needle just floating there. My last fill was little painful cause the doctor withdrew the fluid already in me and he couldnt get all of it and he kept pushing the needle down to make sure it fully inside port. Then he filled me up... which im still unsure if he put the 3cc and 5cc together but i got some restriction.

    I was thinking about trainer or maybe a boot camp... 24 hour offering 99$ for 2x 55min but the boot camp is unlimited for 8weeks for 248$... not sure what to choose or maybe just go solo...

    Wraps are my fav but I have PB on them couple days ago but ill try again soon. I usually make a Wheat low carb & fat wrap with some fat free ranch and chicken breast and just a touch of hot sauce ;p yumm

    When to weight in??

    Last time I checked I was 239.3 morning and then 241.1 at night.... so just confused what weight people putting on scale chart ;p It seems my scales is kinda acurate cause when I was at doctor office it was only off like .6 pounds but that could have been my clothes...lol I wear gym clothes to doctor office ;p

    Afraid to get first fill

    I have just got my second fill last week and I did have couple PB/Slime episodes from salad...chicken.. and other foods but i'm sure alota of it is my fault by not taking it slow and chewing well. I was in the Army and was always taught to eat fast and get out, which lead me eat same way while out without thinking... For me I use the scar, port bump and restriction to remind me that I gotta eat right and smart... which have helped me loose 50+ pounds so far. You should go to doctor office and get fill and probally ask to be fill with small dose so you can get used to it. Since you already at steady weight lost the extra restriction should increase your lost. This is all up to you and PB isnt that bad but it is gross... lol

    3 Month update and Goal

    ok... maybe a little modify to my goal I want to Loose 20 before April and I will try real hard... with gym everyday but weekend (rest time) and stay 1.2k cal range but..... If I can be in low 230's - 220's (high) I will be really proud of myself cause either way it puts me closer to my goal before July 4th (family get together over 1 1/2 year (saw me at 300lbs))

    ill give it a try.... doctor said this time he going to go tight... lol guess he did ;p so far i been eatting little more then half of what I used to eat after first fill... like instead of whole salad, I eat about half and sometimes on soup also I'm glad im atleast in the 230's (high) instead of hovering around 245 for like 3weeks... cant wait to break 230's

    Alright its past my liquid and mushie stage.... and on to regular food. so...what I learned???? I gotta reteach myself what I can eat and not eat and probally slow down little. I have PB on almost all thegood I have eatting...except soup ;p Salad...chicken breast.. almond nuts... and so on..... they all getting me to PB the last couple days... blahhh but im at 238-241 right now soooo thats good ;p

    you using bodybugg also?? heh me 2. I'm eatting like 1.1k-1.3k cal day and burning about 3.8k on my busy day (gym+2job) and 1.1k-1.3k cal and burning 2.8k (gym+1job)... my 1 job i dont move around much... desk job but other job im on foot for hours. Good luck on your weight lost... im sure you going to make it since you watching your cal intake and burning closely. Quick question.. did you purchase the digital display also? I was thinking but if I keep working out morning and work during day... i can always check at night at home if I need to go to gym that day at night... just my thought ;p

    Heart Rate - What number to shoot for???

    I'm not sure what your target heart rate suppose to be but for me im 32yrs old & 5-7 & 238 and I try to hit 145-155 which give me a good work out. I think the older you get also the number suppose to be lower. Theres also so called different zone... like fat burning, cardio, and dont know other zone names... last one probally heart attack zone ;p

    I had some soup today after my fill yesterday and got served with some breadstick which i socked in the soup and though.... maybe i can eat it and be ok... well not a good idea cause it got stuck then it took alittle while to spit it out... blahh better watch myself.

    working out for men

    I'm 32 years old and wondering what monst of the guys here do during workout? I'm mostly doing 30min Biking, some light reps on biceps, tricepts, and chest, then jogging 25-30min jogging. I know it dont seem much but I was only working out 2 week before but started to plateau so now i'm working out 4-5 times a week which got me going on losing again. Are most of you guys doing mostly cardio or lifting weight?

    Well.. I went to lunch for some soup and only eat about 1/3 (small bowl) of it. Also it took me awhile to eat it cause usually im done with my soup before my friend is done with this Large soup but this time I finish 1/3 when he finish his large ;p So I hope this is a good restriction cause next fill is in 3 months... June =O

    ya 77 thousand dollar they charged my insurance and im still trying to clear up the mistake of missing paperwork so they will pay off the claim... gotta wait 30day for claims dept to come back and tell me yes or no... blahh

    working out for men

    Ceradad how tall are you and what is your goal weight? im 5-7 and sometimes I think 180 is kinda high still... but i guess ill worry about that when i get there I'm at 245 right now and wasnt going to gym that often but this past 2 weeks I have been hitting it everyday except weekend thats been sauna time and pool. and I been starting to like it and seeing my weight going down again. Right now ill stick with bike and treadmill for now but ill slowly work in elliptical machine.... that thing kills my legs so fast. Thanks for info
