I don't think I'm "really" hungry. I think I just want to eat! I miss tasting& chewing. I was sleeved on the 28th of August. I went back to work this past Monday after 1week of surgery& I feel SUPER WEAK. I'm struggling with getting enough protein down. I can only hold 4oz at a time so that's half of my 25g protein drink. I would have to only drink that all day to get the 40-50g I need. Ugh!

@@bulawookie I'm an ATX lady and I also went through True Results and Dr. Esquivel was my surgeon. I'm one week out today.!

Staying busy helps me. I struggle more with head hunger when I'm watching tv for more than an hour. There are so-- many freakin' food commercials OMG. Popsicles help with my sweet issue. That and a bad incident when I cheated on my pre-op diet and had ice cream. My stomach was VERY ANGRY. Hang in there you can do it

Well I had my one week post op today. Everything is going great! The best part was when I got on the scale I was NOT expecting what I saw. It's only been a week and I've lost 27lbs!! I was ecstatic correction I AM ecstatic. I would have never guessed that much weight loss in a week. I'm so motivated to stay on track. So glad I had the sleeve.

Thanks Aleena, that gives me hope. I LOVE shoes! But my weight prohibited me from wearing or buying cute stylish shoes. Heels had become impossible. How long have you've been on the journey? When was your surgery? When did you see loss with your shoe size?

Crazy random question; those who gave had the sleeve and weight loss for a significant time. Have you lost weight in your feet? Like have your shoe size gone down?

WOW! I'm proud of you TRock82! You give me hope. My birthday is coming up in 2 weeks and I just had my sleeve last week. But hearing your awesome Will power gives me hope

Hello fellow sleevers! I had my sleeve last Thursday August 28th. I'm still home recuperating. Still sore but nothing major. My major problem is I'm STILL HUNGRY! Like I crave eating, chewing, tasting. I can't seem to get out and start walking. Maybe because I'm still sore? I walk around my apartment & outside near my door. This is hard still a battle with food being on mind. Ugh!
