Have you tried putting the bariatric chewables in yogurt ( crush them) or blend them with a protein drink?

Look into a second or third opinion if necessary. You need to be with a surgeon and staff that you are comfortable not someone who isn't going to listen to you.

Its almost like they haven't went back to their doctors for a check up. I have a binder that tells me what to eat at every stage, I don't have my surgery until 12/10 but I already know what I'm to eat at each stage and I can call the staff anytime day or night.

Good Job!! I am on day 2 of my pre op diet. My surgery date is December 10th! I didn't do any of the cooking my hubby opted to not have the big meal. We can do this!!!

Every doctor is different. You went with your doctor because you trust him. So just follow what he has asked you to do and not worry about what others are doing. You need to trust that your doctor is doing what is best for you. My doctor requires a 2 week liquid diet.....I would rather have your diet but I will do what my doctor asked of me.
