Omg i wanna cry right now but reading the last comments made me understand what is going on with me. I too gained weight back and to make matters worst it seem like nothing i tried help. And bingo there it is.... NO MORE COFFEE for me. Yes im crying almost near depression -

Checking in at 234 thanksgiving goal of 225 is not happening but still happy well what do you know got back on the scale from yesterday to today and it said 232.9 must be this cold i have and sweating but i will take it. Lol -
