When my wife cooks beef, I stay in the kitchen and soak up the smell while eating a beef soup packet made with only 4oz water. It seems to trick my body and the craving stops. -
They told me in order to leave the hospital, I had to pass gas. It took me a while but I was able to muster it. Once home, plenty of gas for the next couple days but now it's fading.
