Hello.
I just goggled and i found this website. I am 10 days into my post surgery. I had the Gastric Sleeve. I have mixed feelings at this point whether i have made the correct decision. I am in a lot of pain when i swallow.I feel very disappointed in myself that i am not progressing quicker. I am a very upbeat person, i have a high tolerance for pain. So, now i am even more nervous that this feeling when i swallow is never going to go away. I did my research and been following the diet that my physician and nutritionist outlined for me.
