I am 4weeks out of surgery and every time I eat I get heartburn and indigestion bad, it last on an average of 45 min to an hour!! It's so bad that I don't even want to eat! Any one else have these issues???

I had the sleeve 9/23/14. Yes I have had acid reflux and I have been on Prilosec for years!! I am going to see my doctor next week.. -

I had my surgery 9/24/2014 and they let me come home yesterday!! And needless to say the gas pains are almost unbearable.. I have walked and walked and walked, taken gas-x and don't seem to be getting any relief. I'm also having a hard time drinking anything, because it just adds more gas, and I'm not really hungry. I'm also wondering what kind of protein drinks people are drinking??

I've been on my pre-op diet 7 days and I'm getting really hungry. Any suggestions??

Thanks for your input, I done ok the first 4 or 5 days but I'm on day 7 and so far today has been my worst. But I'll make it!! Lol
