I went through Options in So Cal San Diego region. We have 24 weeks of classes. They started in November 2014 and ended in May 2015. I lost more than the 10 percent. And my surgery was on 07/29/15. -
Is the Quest Protein Bar REALLY my friend?
The Candidate replied to BobbyD's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
If I buy any protein bar I go for a flavor that I don't really like much. That keeps it from calling my name. And I never have more than one or two in my cupboard at any given time. -

Surgery today. Miserable...any advice?
The Candidate replied to walkinggirl's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
You've got to give yourself time to heal. Once you're up and walking you should start to feel progressively better. Surgery is tough, there's no way around it, and the first month or so is the worst. Hang in there, do the best you can, and before you know it things will start to get better. Congrats! -
I'm so happy for you! Congrats and best wishes!

Should I do a revision from a sleeve to bypass
The Candidate replied to Lina123's topic in Revision Weight Loss Surgery Forums (NEW!)
I'm six months out from bypass and have experienced no hair loss. My recent blood work shows my nutrient/vitamin levels are all great. The possibility of GERD issues was one of the reasons I chose bypass over sleeve. I have had zero complications and am only 16 pounds from goal. I'm very happy with my progress. Good luck!
