Help! I have hit a four week plateau. I am dieting. I am eating all my protein. I walk five days a week. I drink my water. I could use more sleep and less work stress. And I have stopped losing. I am sad and feeling regret.
It is four days since my sleeve and I feel ok...sore...winded...but ok. My belly makes a lot of noise and I hate that left pain area..but i dont feel hungry...at all! !! This is exciting!!
Puppy therapy helps the healing. My brother brought my fur neices over today and that made me so happy!!! The left side pain is so intense sometimes...like "things" are moving around inside!!!!!
