omgoodness. I too binged ate alot but I can't remember exactly what I ate.

Im having my surgery Nov 24th. Just checking to see how many of us are out there for this week.

Im done, slept alot lately, and internet goes in and out here in Mexicio. Dr. Ortiz staff and a lighter me treated me excellent. I don't think I couldve gotten better attention elsewhere. The numbers are 2 nurses to 8 patients. Very happy to be feeling a little better. The first night was a little rough due to pain and gas. But last night I slept like a baby.

can you eat/drink too much Protein in a day? Im on the pre op diet. Ive been getting 100+ protein or I get hungry. Thoughts? can you gain weight, I haven't but just checking. Also, is there a point where the protein goes to waste in the body?

Im using my sleeve as a forced change, like the above poster suggested. This is exactly what I am doing. I am forcing a change on myself.

Im drinking 8-10 glasses of Water. Doing a good job with water.

I ordered some of the" juice plus" thinking it will be a good additive to my new tummy that wont be able to hold many fruits or veggies. Just wondering if anyone else takes them?

they have capsules. i will focus on water too thanks for input

I did my pre op diet for a week to try it out and make sure I could do it when it was actually time to do it. I lost 13 lbs. Now Im officially on the pre op diet and so far have lost 11, in 5 days.

Hi, I would like to thank you for reading this. My husband and I are going to Tijuana Nov 23rd for my surgery. How do you make calls from Mexico to USA? Im afraid to use our cell phones, I have no idea of what the rates would be. We have unlimited minutes, but I just don't know what they would charge from out of the country. Anyone have ideas, or thoughts to share on how you handled this or plan to handle this?

anyone have ideas of a phone app to use to remind you to drink every 5 minutes.

I have bipolar and depression and all is fine with me getting surgery. My psychologist spoke highly of it.

I am scheduled for surgery near the end of nov. I am very excited. But kinda wish it was here sooner. Anyone else looking for surgery in November?

I think the ones that are calling this BS are being rude. Aren't we suppose to support one another, if you agree or don't. You can skip a subject if you don't agree. I am so thankful to everyone here for sharing their experiences and troubles with stalls and stuff. I am waiting for wls surgery in nov and Im not sharing. Its my business. Im not gonna make up a surgery. my family is not supportive, full of drama and love to talk bad about one another. Plus they don't tell me everything. My immediate family will know but thats it. I really don't care what everyone thinks. This is the main reason Im not telling others because I don't want to hear their opinion on something Im sure of. And I don't want to defend myself like people are having to do on this thread.

I have to do a 15 day pre op diet, it is required. And yes it is all about the liver.

yes keep us posted, very excited to hear how you do for surgery, and the other person too having surgery tomorrow please. I am not having mine until nov 24th, feels like a long time. I have anxiety, and bipolar so meds are a must for me. I am nervous about being nervous. Oh Lord help me. I hope they could just do mine early so I won't be having panic attacks. But Im not diabetic and they take people in as medically needed first. I understand that. They said if I am having a panic attack they will give me liquid valium.
