Hi guys I am 25 years old and about 7 weeks post-op my sw was 286 and current weight is 248. I am happy so far with my sleeve. It was by far the best decision I've ever made for myself. I am horrible at track my protien intake and water as well. My day to day life is hectic just like most I'm sure. I make sure I drink my 50g protien shake throughout the day before eating anything. And when I do eat I have been able to make healthier choices!! I do not weigh out my food like I know we are supposed to. For exercise I am just walking but wondering if I should be doing more?
Any advice or suggestions is greatly appreciated! !!!
