HAHAHA I figured with all the TV channels you had someone would show it live!! I guess that is the cool thing about only being a couple of hours ahead of China, we don't have to be up watching in the middle of the night to see anything live which is usually the case during the Olympics!! It is still only 1100 and I am hooked.... I went to the Opening Ceremony of the Commonwealth Games when they were here in Melbourne....this kinda puts it to shame! The Birds Nest is HUGE and the performers are SO IN TIME!!! Well you'll see! Happy watching!

Weight loss this week 0 but I have maintained so I'm happy about that!! (I have lost 2.4kg since I decided to do this) I will be starting pre op tomorrow so I will hopefully have some loss by next week :ohmy:

I just worry about how thick it will get over night if I make it up the night before, let me know if you try it!

I have had at least 7 general anaesthetics in my life the first one when I was 2, the first I remember when i was 15 and I have never had an issue with it! Don't watch anymore of those scary/worst case scenario movies!!!

Well my BMI is 37 and a bit and they still wanted me to do it for the liver shrinking reason....but the surgeon is the one doing the op and if they are comfortable with you not then consider yourself lucky

that's the one I'm doing 2 shakes (chocolate) and a bar (berry) per day then the two cups of vegies at night for 2 weeks Oh and an apple for morning tea!
