I'm so frustrated! I only got in 21 grams of protein today and I seriously can not eat/drink another thing! Protein prefers / drinks make me sick now and I just don't know what to do -

I was sleeved Oct 7 and started at 216. The day of surgery I was 191 and now I'm 172. -

Had my one month check up yesterday and everything is great! My dr now put me on normal foods but sternly reminded me to eat protein first! Lol -

Sleeved Oct 7 and I have hit that dreaded three week stall. I haven't lost any inches in a week and no weight loss for four days..I'm also still exhausted. I feel like I could sleep all day and all night! I'm so depressed because I feel like this isn't going to work for me like everything else. Anyone ever feel this way? -

My name is erica and I have been married for almost 12 years with 4 children. I am 37 years old and a california native. I love animals, especially dogs, I have 5! I havent had my surgery yet but im hoping to have it end of september or october.
