Yea beni , that's what I thought really the only exercise I get is that I try to walk 3-4 times a week anywhere from 2-4 miles but I did increase my intake and I didn't have any cramps last night .

Hell , I don't know why they tell me to drink my fluid . I called my dr and told her I was having really bad cramps and told her what my intake was and she told me to increase it as much as I could because I was dehydrated and that was what was causing my cramps and at that point I was drinking 64 oz a day . I was afraid I was flushing my system clean and much to my surprise she told me to drink more ! I don't get it either

Beni , you got this ! Just stick to it ????I have already drank 94ozs of fluid today and it's not even 330 yet now I have the stinkin hiccups ! Just think this time next week my surgery will be over ! Hip hip hur ray !!!

I seen if u drank squeezed lemons and warm water it is sapose to detox your liver . I understand that they want you to shrink your liver but in all reality I like to keep mine lol

I have added up all my fluid intake today I drank 4 whey shakes 8 oz two bottles of water 23oz then 6 16oz bottles of water =154 oz today !! So for the love of Mary , how much more does my dr want me to drink !!! I'm about ready to float out of here ????

I just keep drinking more water ! If it's not going to be all the cramps keeping me up it will me going to the potty all night ...

Yes it is scary ! My surgery date is a week from tomarrow oct 1st not only do I feel weak from the pre op diet I get charley horses like crazy at night and can't sleep . I called my dr and she told me to drink more water / I think I'm drinking to much and flushing everything out ! It's scary

Has anyone had any issues on the pre op diet ? I lost 8 lbs in 2 days which is great , but on the other hand I was up alnight with charley horses in my back , ribs , legs etc.... I hope this soon passes !!!

I'm so happy that my surgery date will be here soon ! It has been a long time coming ! Started the process one year ago July ! Now it's time to change my life for the better , can't wait to see what 2015 will bring !!!!!! -
