Sleeve 7/21 lost 60 lbs but have been battling constipation. Mirlax does not work. Tried 1/2 bottle mag citrate didn't work. Any suggestions?

Sx on 7/21. Not eating more than 2 teaspoons of food once or twice daily. Have severe heartburn, stomache aches. Vomit daily. How long before I stop feeling like crap?
