I eat basicly regular food. I eat my protein first then vegies, then carbs last. I eat only a small amount therefore, I eat very little carbs. I may only eat carbs once a day if that. Food texture and moisture dictate my diet. Foods like steak, dry beef and chicken give me a problem. So I eat then very slowly. I eat mostly fish and chicken (moist) with some pork and beef. I also eat some cheese and cottage cheese. I find regular sold foods and protien keep me satified longer.
