Congratulations on your surgery! I remember you in your preop phase. You will feel better soon. The full feeling is more dramatic in the beginning cause tummy is swelled up but once it's less inflamed a different kind of full feeling will come. Hang in there!!! Best of luck!

Dolores, I am laughing at the heating pad on your feet cause I do the same thing! My feet can't get warm and the heating pad works! The wool socks don't work!

Hi Congrats to you and hope you are feeling well after surgery. If you have facebook, you can look for Boston Bariatrics which has people from all over MA. There are threads on here as well. I live in Holden north of Worcester. I got sleeved on the 31st of Dec.. almost 6 weeks out. I feel back to myself. It gets better with time. -

bellabill replied to JALUVIC's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
It's good to vent. I say to people about anything "It will all work out" @@JALUVIC I understand your anxieties. I am sure your son will help you. My 17 yr old was there to help. My 23 and 24 year old were very helpful even though they are not home. The hubby was the best. -
It's got to be the hormones...A sensible explaination!

Now that's funny. She is probably divorced by now I will check dates again.

Go the court out and file for a divorce. Proceed from there. No kids and property will be easier. I leave everything to him and run.

I'm not RIGHT, you're not WRONG, WE ARE DIFFERENT.

That is how things should be. Stop getting offended. Stop thinking your plan works better than mine. Stop being overly critical. We are all different beings and we are all trying to find what works for the best for us. I respect everyone and their opinions. I may not agree but that is okay. I am cool with it. No one is an expert here.Carry on and have a good day. -

bellabill replied to crissylynn82's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
The first two weeks is tough. It will get better. I slept so much in the beginning and I guess I needed it but now 3 weeks out I have more energy. I am surprised you are at pureeds already but I guess it different with everyone. Hang in there and with time it gets better. Lisa -
That is very sweet. My father has a prayer group of men who gather once a week and they all prayed for me during surgery. I even got a signed paper from all the men who prayed. ????

What's with all the "diet" food?
bellabill replied to lgrey's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I am so glad everyone well a lot people are the same page when it comes to eating the real stuff. The sugarfee stuff always made me feel like crap. However for the last 3 weeks post op I have accustomed to sugarfee jello and shakes which is fine but I am craving real stuff. I am going to see my Nut tomorrow and ask her this very question... -
