I like all the refined features that will be coming up but not the nose fact. I just hope for the finer features! We shall see how my nose turn out after the weight loss. I like the how our feet will shrink a bit. Some people go down a size or two. I have some shoes that were snuggier as well and thrilled I will wear them post op. There is so much to look forward to!! Thank you for your insights as well for everyone who participated with their thoughts.

Did any sleevers have have some form of heartburn? Hiatial Hernia repair can improve it?

That is awesome you lost 67lbs, I did not know cinder blocks weighed 33 lbs. but certainly they feel a lot heavier than that!! You were carrying a 3rd grade or 4th grade child on your back!! How about that! Keep it going!

I see people on the forum do okay with one cup of coffee much later in post op. It also helps with bathroom issues.????

You said you eat packages of a breakfast meal etc. if the packages are processed I would stay away from that. Make your own egg and 45 cal or low carb bread for a toast. The process stuff is loaded with sodium and makes you thirsty. Try making your own meals and see if it works. Good luck.

Thank you for your story and for inspiring people! I am old enough to be your mother and 2 of my kids are your age but I wished I could do this sooner. I don't have a date yet but it's getting there. I can't wait to live life again!

Bear cub..lol. I think my nose was smaller before my bear cub days

I will find out next year as I lose the weight. I just want my face back. Double chin gone, the two lines around my mouth starting from my nose down looks like one big frown. I hate it. It's the puffy cheeks that is causing it. I am turning 50 in a couple of weeks I should start on some creams. Sigh...I know I won't look like 20 again but I will settle for 30! Dimples are good!! I have one too but it's been long lost since I got fat. I can't wait to see them again.

I think typically the foot size changes... Just wait and see.....
