    heres what i do .i work out 4 to 6x times a week.and before i started working out the scales did not move now im losing slowly but surely im down 20lbs and thats a small number for some but a big number for me ..i want to lose another 25lbs.i walk run on the treadmill several days a week and some days i say just let me get my 30 min in ...:tongue_smilie:

    yesterday i walked /jogged 55 min on treadmill 10 mn on stairstepper 20 min on ellipitical 500 calories burned i went to the gym twice because i had pie..damn cream cheese pie.

    Did my cardio 45 min and weights today...it was hard my knee was being weird....I wanted to list my ipod songs for working out... Billie jean micheal j Gwen stephani dangerzone,whatcha waiting for Fergie all fergie is great for working out Destinys child bootlicious,soldier,survivor Justin timberlake sexy back,summerlove Nelly futado, maneater ,annie lennox little bird... Usually these songs get pumped and I get my 30 min and then some
  15. i got my doc to write a letter to my wls and that was that i paid out of pocket ..i was really 190 but i ate like a pig until preop diet..im done to 178 and super happy the weight is coming off im 5,5 and 29 ys old

    Will I ever be able to lose the weight?

    my scale does not move if i dont work out. are u working out? replace eating time with other things i too am a food addict i drink green tea all day and it helps but sometime i do the over eat and puke thing ...its not healthy try to get moving more and as the scale moves down u will be more inclined to work out more..

    July Exercise Challenge

    im in 30 min cardio at least and weight training 3x a week at least..doing good so far did 45 min of cardio today and some weights
  20. i drag my self everyday to the gym and even if only do my min 30 min of cardio i can at least say i did it ....and the scale is moving most of us have very slow metabolism from yo yo dieting all our lives ..the one sure way to speed up your calorie burn is to getup and work out it takes a couple of months to make it a habit but it will come ..good luck

    thats all u can do i found that by drinking doet lemonade or green tea with ginseng i can ward off some cravings ...i love cookies and milk so i gulp alot of milk and have 1 cookie

    with snacking it helps at meals but thats it ive only lost 15lbs in 4 months and i still want to snack and eat cookies at night and watch tv and eat... i have to work out like crazy to get the weight to stay off..
