i have been having those yucky sulfur tasting burps alot lately ..does anyone kno how to stop them or prevent them.. they come with tons of gas and abdominal pain..:biggrin:

At my last fill app this lady asked me how much have u lost...I said 25lbs she said u had lap band surgery just to lose 25lbs..I said no I'm going to lose another 25...I'm 166 now.. I was so pissed I guess she didn't think I needed surgery she was much bigger.I can't believe some people My goal is 140 (I'm a low bmi 30 yr old woman ).. -

i say hell yeah let every get a lap band put a end to obesity... i love my band and its not the easy way out by no means ... i was banded at 195lbs down to 168 and ive got 18 more to go to get out of the overweight bmi -
hey im trying to do this but its really hard ...idont kno how to pace myself i like to hit the 6mph button and go fast and i cant get past 90sec anyways im gonna keep trying because i love that 90 sec of fast running ...
