I drink hot green tea all day sometimes with splenda sometimes with out...seems to help me a little and I thinks its good for your metabolism...

Yes go get another fill it will make a huge difference...it took me 3 months to lose 10lbs because I got really sick and kept putting off getting filled...

I'm not real strict with my diet I just try to work out more on days that I'm bad...

i would like to say im very happy with my band at this point ...i have started to have periods again even if they are very long and my skin is looking great ..i think the acne is the worst part of pcos...ooo side note im trying the cabbage soup diet for a few days to try to lose a few quick lbs and its working lost 3lbs in 2 days...caution it will flush you out -
