Yes I think its related to the insulin resistance...just try to have a few sips of protein everyfew hrs to keep it away...I had the same headache nausea feeling

I hope it gets better soon..the other day I cried at the kirklands because my mom was insisting on buying me way to much stuff for my new house..then I was a total biatch at the mystery dinner show even tho I was having a good time. -
I have pcos and this happens to me u should maybe check that out ....I eat a scoop of peanut butter or a protein shake it will help u out

I was banded by dr k too..it was surgery and recovery was a bummer...but I'm happy and losing weight ..and dr k Is awesome..the surgical center has great preop and post op staff -

I don't kno since I've lost some weight my periods are all over the place and and I'm so manic depressive...ups and downs are terrible I hope it gets better. -

About 6lbs to 8lbs a months but the main thing was that I wasn't hungry anymore unlike now when I'm starving all the time. -

I know right...I'm still not back to my sweet spot and I really need to get back there..I want to go get another fill this week .25 but I know my doc is gonna act like o its u again..like I said before its 100$ to fill or unfill and I kno how it feels to be just right..I want to get back to that spot ..to tight is no good not tight enough u can't lose...I'm so close to my 1st goal -
I got a wii fit but its not a real work out..u still have to go to the gym..I should have spent the $$$ on a treadmill for my room...

Don't worry about it see my thread cookies are the devil I have been cookie free for about a week ...just count your calories and stay below 1000 If u eat 8 cookies that doesn't leave u any room for your meals calorie wise...count your calories on myfitness pal.com Good luck from one cokie monster to another -

My doc was being a total ass today I went in for a fill he gave me .25cc I recently had to have .5 taken out because it kept getting tighter and tighter ..anyways so when the swelling went down and I was ready for a fill I went in last week got .25 still not as restricted as I like my band so I went in today and he was being so pissy like it such a pain to fill me again ..whatever I pay 100 to fill or unfill I want it right... -

I did not do the supossitory at all I told them I would take it if I needed it never did need it thank god... Yuck He's really cool I flew all the way from south fl to get banded by him. I'm sitting waiting for my local doc to come in this morning for my 6th fill I think.. -

I'm a ekg tech..anyways it wasn't to bad after surgery not a lot of pain.I was very frustrated about drinking though they tell u just to sip all day and that was very hard for me ..I was so thirsty ..I like to gulp my water and u can not do that right after surgery..I had a hiatal hernia and dr k repaired it while he was in there and that caused a little more swelling than usual but all and all I was ok..very tired and sore for 7days..keep in touch take care
